Two days after submitting a support ticket I downgraded my rating to one star simply because I received another lame offer from Corsair. I don't know why it took them two days to tell me to update the firmware which I checked and updated first when it wasn't working properly. This is one of the most expensive coolers in its class. When I first installed this cooler, it ran at very high RPM and was very noisy. I tried a few things, installing drivers etc but nothing worked until I noticed that the temp sensor on the cooler was warmer than the temp sensor on the CPU which is ridiculous.
