Two days after submitting a support ticket I downgraded my rating to one star simply because I received another lame offer from Corsair. I don't know why it took them two days to tell me to update the firmware which I checked and updated first when it wasn't working properly. This is one of the most expensive coolers in its class. I received it and it took me half a day to replace the existing cooler. After everything is done, the LEDs on the pump will not light up. I called Corsair customer service and the lame answer is to reinstall their software. Also, there is no help a day after submitting a support ticket. At the moment I'm not sure if I want to keep it or even get a replacement. It will take me another half day to swap it out without the manufacturer's warranty or support.
