I put it on 3 times and the loop popped out. It wouldn't be a bad shoe if the quality wasn't rubbish. Payless will no longer sell this POS product as a dollar tree as that is almost all of its value.

Original order did not fit. Contacted the seller for a fit and they were accommodating enough to send another pair. I had to order a size larger. My significant other gets rave reviews every time she wears these shoes. Overall we are happy with both the shoes and the customer service.
