Hood Cosmo without air ducts.

They just snap into place with a twist. instructions, laugh. I had to call Cosmo and the technician sent a PDF file. Not this sentence. Suppose you need to remove the engine cover and then install the filter. The engine cover does not come off. Just snap the lid open.

Pros
  • Filter
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Does NOT fit Cosmo UCM30 - correction - fits

01/12 edit - feel like an idiot. The filter does not go to the exhaust pipe but to the internal fan. Remove the left permanent filter from the underside and the carbon filter attaches with a quarter turn to the left side of the fan assembly itself. Ordered with Cosmo UCM30 hood as it is listed directly on the hood page for installation. It does not fit. The diameter of the exhaust duct is 6 inches. These filters are 6 3/4 inches in diameter. The path is large, there is no way to fasten.

Pros
  • Tech
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Worst product I have bought from Revain

This is very very poor quality. The carbon granules inside are used to clean exhaust gases. BUT they just drop a few balls in each cell to make you think you're getting something. I use several products that require charcoal pellets and the charcoal needs to be thick to work. I held them up to the light and just laughed at what they are selling to consumers. Then I went back and looked at their stock photo and you can see the coal pellets are a joke. In my opinion they are 100% useless as built

Pros
  • Cooker Hood Parts and Accessories
Cons
