Just opened the box. Fits like a glove. It's beautiful and deep. The orange color is lighter than in the picture. I'm really very impressed. I love it.

I have a very large head. like a big watermelon. These Costa caps are the only caps that fit me without resorting to extensions or relying on a single snap. Actually I can use 3 buttons to secure them and they look amazing too!

This is the second Costa XL cap I've recently bought. My rating of this cap is almost identical to the previous Costa XL cap (HA35N) I bought. My hat size is 7 3/4. I have a hard time finding baseball caps that fit my oversized bowler hat. There are 7 plastic pins on the back clasp and this hat sits comfortably on my head with a strap that snaps on 4 pins. I can actually wear a 5 snap hat, but it's a bit tight in this setup. The crown is moderately low and the hat fits well, leaving just enough
