What attracted me was the colour, a very light fresh dark blue. They are the same color as advertised but thinner than I like but I will keep them because I like the color and they are just towels in the kitchen.

They don't absorb much which isn't the biggest problem but they also shed terribly. use them to dry. I also wanted to use them as a towel in the bathroom, but they stay black all over.

Please note the "lightweight" in the product description. I missed it! These are very thin towels. Nice cut, nice fabric, well sewn, just very thin. I was looking for something to dry dishes and wipe wet counters etc. Need something thicker and stronger. I sent them back so I don't know if they puff up after washing but I doubt it.

I bought these because I wanted a dark gray kitchen towel that would hide stains when I wipe up spills and the like. It's a light grey, stone grey. They look very similar to the ones I bought from Ikea a few years ago. The hanging tab is in the corner, which is a bit annoying as you have to look for it in every corner.
