I was using it as a footstool once or twice a day for about 3 months when small foam beads started leaking out. It was completely defective but I liked it and contacted the company for an exchange. They declined, citing a 30-day return policy. If the product is defective, the seller must be honest and proud of their product to exchange it for a new one. I am unhappy with my leaking foam stool and the seller's terrible customer service.

I immediately ordered two turquoise poufs. When I finally received them, I found that they were two different turquoise colors and made from two different materials. One is as hard as a rock and the other looks like it has beans in it and is soft. Soft about four inches taller. WHY!? They were ordered together from the same company and delivered to the same location on the same day. Why can't they be the same? It's so annoying and frustrating after I just paid $140 for it. Much quality control?

I ordered spa chocolate twisted together from dark brown and light blue yarn (if you're interested). From a distance it looks almost gray or blue, depending on the lighting, and I'm happy that it fits perfectly into my existing interior. I bought this ottoman in January and was so happy with it that I bought another one in May. Unfortunately, the last stool does not match the first. Colors match, but much less cord is now used, resulting in bulky knots and more space between knots - it's no longer a tight weave.
