Couture Sewing Techniques Revised Updated Ebook Review

I am a skilled seamstress at home and always eager to learn more about designing clothes. The reason I was drawn to this book was because I'm interested in learning more advanced clothing design techniques (not that I'll ever use them, but I just want to get a better understanding of how the "pros" do it do). I also really appreciate well-tailored clothing and I'm excited to see how this look comes about. Finally, I was looking for tips on how to make my clothes feel less "homemade". I read the

I think this is a good book for learning haute couture techniques and when to use them, but I disagree that there are few photos showing how to achieve the desired results and much written text. , which I don't think fits in any sewing book. More attention should be paid to photos and diagrams. I have a feeling you can get some haute couture vocabulary and when to use it, but I don't think the actual techniques can be easily reproduced from the book without additional demonstration from outside
