Charging Static 410A

Should have had a rubber top. Static discharge from the refrigerant tank shorts out the scale and resets it to zero during charging. Problem solved with my own rubber mat on top. No big deal, just think CPS should have made a better tire. In addition to this large scale.

I highly recommend CPS as a quality scale that stands up to service.

Be careful when buying a loading scale. First, CPS scales are made in the USA, which means more than just a durable product. First of all, this means that the scales are calibrated and reproducible according to US standards. That being said, I recommend the CPS as a quality scale that will survive production service environments.

Doubtful product. Questionable company

I received my new scale from Revain yesterday. I put the batteries in and turned on the device. The screen appeared. It showed "APO on". I assume it meant auto power off - power on. I can't get the weight to display. I've pressed all the keys and key combinations to no avail. I've taken the batteries out a few times but still to no avail. Finally I called CPS. Well it's a joke. I called at 9:30 am. They open at 8am. (EST) I asked the admin to connect me to tech support. I went to voicemail. I…
