This is great for paper edges. I was hoping this would work with etching, but it doesn't. However, I have found many other uses and they are much cheaper than rubbing.

I used this on a sole I made and it really added depth and definition to the product. It's easy to use and you can add layers of color to get the right tone. One of those rare gems in a sea of seafood!

The colors didn't come out as well as I would have liked on a black background but the color is definitely metallic and very easy to use . If it's not going to be applied to a porous surface, I recommend using a sealer to keep it from rubbing off.

Whatever it is, it's not a color. It's a kind of colored grease that never dries out. As such, the standard tricks we all use to achieve the finish we want, like applying multiple coats, are out of the question. Mostly useless for applications that require color.

Really good product. Ease of Use - Although the coating is not permanent, it easily rubs off from what you have applied it to. Probably only good for things like chandeliers - other items that shouldn't be touched or used regularly. Otherwise, the metallic tones are soft, beautiful and quite believable, like "real".

I used this to give an embossed paper project an antique shine. It works really well and is easy to use. I will definitely use this technique for Christmas cards. The price is good and the kit is small enough to be worth a try and since only a small amount of material is used each time, it will last for several upcoming projects. I will buy this again.
