I bought two fans. Both are defective. There are bumps where the hood and engine case meet. After installation, the fan appears to be misaligned.

This is a very difficult fan to assemble, two experienced people are required to install this fan. The hardest part of assembling this fan is installing the blades, which requires two people. The air movement on this fan is normal, I would say. You need to connect everything including the remote control receiver. You even have to assemble a portable remote control, which didn't make sense to me. The light on it is the best feature of this fan, very bright.

The first thing we love about fans is that they look great and have lots of airflow. My only problem is how to create the wording for programming multiple fans on the same remote. My setup was outdoors under a covered patio where we only wanted to control the fans with a remote control and not a wall control. Everything went great up until the programming phase.
