Description of 🏍️ Crampbuster CB4-C Chrome Throttle Mounted Motorcycle Cruise Assist: Enhance Riding Comfort and Control

Chrome oversized version fits grips 1-3/8 inches and larger in diameter and has shorter and wider palm rest. Full motorcycle throttle control with a relaxed hand. Reduces hand fatigue and cramping for easier throttle operation. Eliminates throttle creep. It's a motorcycle grip control, not a cruise throttle lock.

This is a lifesaver!

After driving 1500 miles in my Indian without a hand throttle, I will never drive long distances without it. It just slides into your grip so there's no "seating" or anything permanent. I like the simple and minimalist look of my bike and I don't want buttons or gimmicks to ruin everything. I love how I can ride all day without cramping my wrist, rip it off and put it in my pocket so I don't have that stupid thing on my bike.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

They work, but be careful!

You CANNOT use them on a hang glider! (I had a spider). On a two-wheeler, you don't actually turn the handlebars, you lean. With a trike, you turn the steering wheel as usual. Why is it important? Because when you turn left with a hang glider, you stretch out your right arm and can turn the gas unconsciously. just be careful Position the rest so you can release the throttle without twisting your wrist while applying the brake. Remember that 75% of your braking effort is on the front wheel.

Simple and inexpensive, it suits me.

CrampBuster is incredibly easy to use. I was concerned about opening it wide enough to fit over the handlebars, so I removed the Bark Buster from the end of the handlebars. So I only had to open the Cramp Buster a little to get a grip on it from the end. Once you have it in the right position, simply apply light pressure with your palm to turn the throttle. I don't have cruise control, but with that and the throttle it definitely helps. The price is also reasonable, around $10. Just make sure…

Eh- Poor quality in parts

Chrome is just a textured color. The one I got actually broke it, but I installed a controller on it so it didn't matter. You can see in the picture it doesn't really match chrome. The product is cheap plastic and I almost broke it putting it on my sticks which are smaller in diameter than my pens. So I don't know if it even works on the handlebars without breaking. It's a cheap piece of plastic that I wouldn't buy again. It will help me get through the winter to install my heated controller…

A simple product to solve a common problem.

The plastic required some stretching to install on the bike but once installed was easy to adjust. After several trips I can't decide whether I will buy it again or not. Pros: Inexpensive, easy to install, slightly less pressure on the wrist. Cons: I keep accidentally bumping into it with the edge of my glove when grabbing the steering wheel. Maybe it just takes more time and muscle memory. It doesn't really change how you hold the throttle, it just shifts the weight back a bit, so I'm not sure

No tricks! - Control

I hate all kinds of gimmicks. When I first saw this, my first thought was a trick. I saw some positive reviews about it online so I said the price was worth it. The packaging of the CB2 and CB4 is almost identical, so they sent me the wrong one. You have to pack them differently. If the right one arrives, he snaps in two seconds too. During the first ride I realized that at freeway speeds I had to press it to my palm. He did exactly what they said. I was able to relax my arm to the point where…

Magic piece of plastic!

I installed a wide brace on my 2020 Can Am Ryker. This amazing piece of plastic has made my travels so much more enjoyable. My palm rests on the lifebelt and adjusts the throttle, saving my fingers and all the pain that goes with them. I just completed a 500 mile trip which I would never have done without this device. There were no problems with the installation, there were no problems. Others have indicated that they put the anti-cramps in warm or hot heat to soften them up a bit, but mine…
