Fairly washable for drawing

The markers are fairly easy to clean but may need a bit of cleaning if there is a lot of ink in one spot. We bought these for our 2 year old but Crayola makes washable markers for very young children called 'My First Washable Markers' which would be more appropriate. I don't like that colors aren't primary and secondary. This makes it difficult to use to teach her colors. These are good quality markers and in most cases they erase fairly well.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Sad gear

soap and water. rinse, repeat, repeat, repeat.

These markers claim to be washable. unless your kid looks like mine and draws himself with a marker every time he gets his hands on it. If older siblings forget to grab one, my little one has a super sense that tells him exactly where to find the missing marker and within a minute he's stripping and drawing it all over his body. We have no idea why it does this, but it takes several washes for the marker to fully wear off.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Long Wait

Doesn't transfer markers

I bought these markers for my little one. I decided to test the markers to make sure they were actually washable, so I marked a small spot on my desk and wiped the marker off with a baby wipe. I gave them markers and they had a great time coloring. But they also had marks on their hands. No amount of soap and water scrubbing could remove the marks from her skin. The box specifically states that all you have to do is wash your face to wash the marker off your skin. Absolutely not true. May be…

No black felt-tip pen

I didn't understand that these are not classic colors, they are completely different, and there is no black felt-tip pen, so with when learning line art this time we just bought a box of classic colors. I thought that bold was related to line width, not color palette. Also, it's quite difficult for kids to change caps. I have to keep putting the lids back on. At least they can remove the covers. Washable grease markers should have caps suitable for preschoolers/younger students.

Pros
  • Easily washes off hands, face and almost all fabrics
Cons
  • Something different

Better than promised: 8 washable Crayola markers

This is fabulous. : Excellent. A Crayola brand name that adults fondly remember: Outstanding. It's washable, so it doesn't matter if the child can't stay on its side. On the clothes, on the face and legs, even in the hair. Plus table and chair. Extremely easy to rinse or rinse off. Draw where you want, my little darling: Good. The colors are marked on the body for easy matching of the caps: Very good. Bonus: The tips hold up well to heavy rubbing. This is an amazing find. A sweet child loves…

Pros
  • Colours: copper, golden yellow, turquoise, primrose, emerald, cerulean, plum and crimson
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

My child was like a rainbow when it was ready - it came right away.

Bought these for my 21 month old son as I thought coloring would be more fun. He's got crayons and crayons, but we both like those better. He doesn't chew them or break them in half. He loves bright colors. And best of all, he can color in the page or stick it on himself (clothes included) and it will disappear. I didn't use Shout or any other stain remover on his clothes and it washed out in one wash. As soon as he got in the tub, the water started washing some of the color off his…
