For those who ask, it's clear if you're not asking for much. Here are daylight photos showing 2 layers clear, brightly charged and 30 seconds after charging. Very bright in the light! It becomes clear after 60 seconds of recharging, although it can glow in the dark. Is it worth this price? Does it get wet easily? Is that a good top coat? I will play and update. Very good light. I've had other glow in the dark gel topcoats and they really need to be charged in the light before they give off even a faint glow. This paint glows brightly after just a short exposure to light. Best of all, it stays clear and doesn't leave an odd color on your paint like many other glow in the dark paints.
