Excellent sound card. Bass detail and overall sound is much better than the G5 (which suddenly died after almost 5 years of daily use). It doesn't tend to overheat (unlike the G5) and stays really cool. Creative's software suite looks a little different, but it's very easy to get used to. This product is highly recommended!

This device will only work properly when playback is set to 24bit 192000Hz. If anything else is set, there will be distortion due to Windows system sounds.
