Limited use for low shank machines

I have a low shank machine which limits the positioning of this ruler. In the serpentine position, the shaft touches the needle stop.

Ideal for ruler work on a home machine or long arm

Excellent fit for working with a ruler on a household machine or a long arm. Take the time to practice and play with the various design options. Angela Walters is an excellent teacher.

Doesn't fit the low shank of my sewing machine.

This ruler could not be used on the side or back of the needle as it did not fit the ruler foot under the shaft of my machine. I have a brother with a low stock 700 series. I could only work sideways with the ruler in front of the needle and had to stop before the needle stop because the ruler was too thick. I was really looking forward to this ruler, but unfortunately I have to return it.

Easy to read markings. Easy to move and use. Helped a lot with the border!

Just what I needed to finish a quilt for a little girl. This of course helped me to get nice curves on the outer edge. Easy to read markings so you know where to put them. The ruler is a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but now you can see the thought in the design. The size made it easy to move your ruler sewing foot to where you need it. I only gave it a "4" for the size to price ratio. I. Didn't drill a hole anywhere to be able to hang it on my wall with a ruler/template.
