Regarding 24-hour storage, IT IS POSSIBLE IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN DURING THIS PERIOD. AFTER 10 HOURS AT 85 DEGREES OUTSIDE TEMP. DO I HAVE SOME ICE CREAM. AND 80 DEG TEMP. WATER. It's much better in a flowing river than still water because you're still pulling something behind the boat. I don't know what I was thinking but I filled it completely with ice and drinks and it got heavy. The radiator was still floating in the back, but it was more than I expected. As soon as I dropped the ice cream, everything was fine. I think I will only use ice packs from now on. Looks solid, will check later. The color is NOT green in the photo but light green. So don't buy this to fit in a green OD kayak like I did. I would prefer orange or red if they don't match in color. Great idea, but poor design quality. Mine is designed to keep drinks in the water so I don't have to get back in the boat to get a drink. Bought a float for spearfishing. It was a great addition to our outfit!
