🤿 Cressi Travel-Friendly Light Back Inflation Scuba Diving BCD, Patrol Edition: Designed in Italy Review

Great on-the-go BC. Now I'm a dive instructor living in the Midwest. I bought it for my trip, BCD loves it. It fits great and is very functional. This is my new favorite BCD

As usual Cressi's product is perfect in every way, good price but bad weight adjustment. It took me half an hour last night to stuff my weights into their stupid little built in weight pockets.

I have found that between dives the straps holding the weight pouches slip off so even fastening the strap in the front doesn't work (too loose). I will do something to fix this. Makes the BC sloppy.

Great BC! Very low profile and lightweight. Well designed and easily accessible purge valves. The only thing is that it is difficult to stay upright on the surface. It tends to push you face down like other BCDs of the same design.

This BC is well built yet lightweight and fully featured. and diving on vacation. It folds quite compactly into a suitcase and weighs very little. I would highly recommend this BC for almost any diving situation, but especially for travel or for those who simply want to reduce the weight of their gear by 10 pounds without sacrificing performance.

I've read previous reports of weight issues, I've dived with 10lbs and 14lbs (wetsuit). I had enough room for another 10 pounds if you use the right leash. (i.e. 3/4/5 pounds each). If you're only using 2 pounds you may be running out of space, sounds like poor weight control. There's also a pocket and extra tank for extra weight, but I never looked for that. Used intensive boat diving for 7 consecutive days, worked very well. Additional strap pockets on the tank (any 2" strap will do) are required for proper balance (should come with them but are cheap). I used 55% of the weight in the fender pockets and 45% in the tank strap pockets - your balance may vary.
