If you read my title you may be wondering what the difference is between sea use and pool use. The underside of the fins is mostly smooth plastic which is ideal for sandy/rocky beaches, but this feature makes the fins very slippery when doing somersaults and pushing off the wall in the pool. out. These Cressi fins are the third pair of fins I own and they are by far the best. I wear size 10 shoes and ordered these fins in size 10 and they fit perfectly. I have quite wide feet and a high instep and this has always been a problem for me in the past. Cressi fins snap on and off with minimal effort and are very comfortable to wear. I wear them to swim laps in the pool. They give your legs a very good workout. You look great too. I am very happy with these fins.

I'm sooooo mad I lost one on my 2nd outing in them (and the other almost went off the same wave). I almost lost them twice the first time I used them. I've looked for it everywhere (and it floats) but I was SOL. They are very good and comfortable at a good price so I was sad they didn't work for me when I used them for boogie boarding but I am sure they are very good only for snorkeling. I didn't know there was an adjustable version so maybe try it out and really tighten it if you plan on using

Well designed and well made BUT the size is SIGNIFICANTLY different. I'm a lean triathlete and runner. I wear size 10.5 or 11 sneakers. I ordered a size 8.5-9 fin (one size smaller) and it came off.
