Description of ๐ŸŠ Cressi Short Full Foot Pocket Fins - Lightweight Italian-made Fins for Pool and Sea Swimming or Training

The Light fins are specifically designed for pool use and for swim training, but can also be used adequately for recreational swimming and snorkeling. The short blade is made of a highly reactive and light material which guarantees agile and effective kicking while not tiring out your legs. The length of the blade has been researched and studied by Cressi to ensure perfect muscle training without causing cramps or discomfort. Foot pocket is made from soft rubber elastomers - great deal of comfort, even during long swimming sessions. Helps body motion and position as well as racing technique.

Designed for the sea, not the pool

If you read my title you may be wondering what the difference is between sea use and pool use. The underside of the fins is mostly smooth plastic which is ideal for sandy/rocky beaches, but this feature makes the fins very slippery when doing somersaults and pushing off the wall in the pool. out. Regardless of the shoe brand, I always wear women's size 8 and ended up taking women's size 6/7.

  • An absolute legend

Very comfortable and perfect for lap swimming

These Cressi fins are the third pair of fins I own and they are by far the best. I wear size 10 shoes and ordered these fins in size 10 and they fit perfectly. I have quite wide feet and a high instep and this has always been a problem for me in the past. Cressi fins snap on and off with minimal effort and are very comfortable to wear. I wear them to swim laps in the pool. They give your legs a very good workout. You look great too. I am very happy with these fins.

Do not use for boogie boarding: they fall off

I'm sooooo mad I lost one on my 2nd outing in them (and the other almost went off the same wave). I almost lost them twice the first time I used them. I've looked for it everywhere (and it floats) but I was SOL. They are very good and comfortable at a good price so I was sad they didn't work for me when I used them for boogie boarding but I am sure they are very good only for snorkeling. I didn't know there was an adjustable version so maybe try it out and really tighten it if you plan on using

Great swim fins. for diving and snorkeling

I am a very bad swimmer. I'm trying to learn to swim (79 years old). I bought them to give my legs some lift and thereby improve my kicks so I can relax and focus on my arm movements and breathing. I saw that these were "short" fins and wasn't sure if they would do what I needed, but after reading a few reviews I decided to give it a try. Wow! That's great. They REALLY provide buoyancy and amazingly smooth movement through the water with very little effort whether on your back or stomachโ€ฆ

Great fit! I ordered my normal US men's shoe size. When I received them, I noticed that the shoe size listed below is smaller than my US shoe size, but it still matches the EU size I ordered. So if you order with the US size chart, use your usual size, write down the EU size from your order, and if the EU size matches what you receive, then everything is ok. It's really convenient! When I tried them on at home, my fingers overlapped my lip in the finger hole in such a way that I was afraid itโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Well designed and well made BUT the size is SIGNIFICANTLY different. I'm a lean triathlete and runner. I wear size 10.5 or 11 sneakers. I ordered a size 8.5-9 fin (one size smaller) and it came off. I could still swim with them and they didn't fall, but they moved too much for my liking. They were too wide and too long. So I sent them back and ordered the next size down (two sizes smaller than recommended). I will update the rating when I check it out. My previous fins were older highโ€ฆ

Super comfortable good size good workout

I bought these fins to replace a pair of Aqua Sphere Alpha fins I've had for ten years. I liked how light and soft they are (made of croc material) but apparently they shrink in hot cars and I swim before work and don't want to carry my swim bag to the office so they gave me cramps in my legs when mine shrank until I couldn't put my legs in anymore. I've just tried the new Cressi fins and I love them. COMFORT: The black rubber that keeps your feet in the fins is very soft and comfortable. . Iโ€ฆ
