They came to the Maldives with me for a few weeks; after the soles of their predecessors wore out. I went half a size up from a 12 to a 12.5 as the 12s were a little tight. 12.5s was too loose :( The velcro does a good job of tightening the shoe to your foot. One thing that annoys me is that the insole keeps moving and sand gets under your feet. Torn. Useless. I only found out when I arrived on holiday which is even more annoying and makes the return process painful.

The soles do not slip on smooth, wet tiles. But be careful: the risk of stumbling is very high if your feet are not lifted high enough. Are tight when putting on and taking off. Unpleasant inherent odor that dissipates over time. Therefore only 4 stars.

Cressi really needs to figure out her size chart. I usually have 11, so I ordered 45/11. The shoes are about an inch longer! Absolutely useless!

I'm not sure if these are real Cressi. They are not identical to the pictures in the listing. They are poorly made and have no guarantee of longevity.

Unfortunately only holds on to the foot to a limited extent, the whole thing is a bit too loose. Wyrd filled with small rocks in 10 seconds. The sole insert slips very easily.

I bought them to go to mainland Greece because there were stones at the entrance to the sea. Bought a half size smaller than usual but they were still too big and filled with sand and water (making them uncomfortable to swim in). The Velcro on both shoes kept coming off in the water. I didn't really like this product - bought another brand for my wife and her product was fantastic.

We bought a few holiday items and most got 5 stars but not these shoes. What's good: They fit great, the soles offer a good level of protection. The stitching looks good and seems strong enough. Bad: Velcro is bad, I mean after 5 uses it's not enough and needs to be fastened like 2 times. The insoles are not lockable and tend to bulge underfoot. Getting the sand off of these boots is a nightmare.
