The beautiful but seemingly poor design of the inner funnel prevents the peppercorns from easily flowing to the cutter teeth. I may have gotten a bad one, but I can't seem to get anything but a very fine grind and can't keep the peppercorns on the burrs without constantly shaking the grinder. I've tried all the bolt tension settings but still can't get the performance of my Peugeot. I love Le Crueset but not this device.

All kitchen utensils and appliances are plastic

I was expecting it to be the same material as all Le Creuset products and this is the first time I have received anything from Le Creuset that is not their signature pottery. . The colors were more intense than my other pieces from the Caribbean collection. I didn't read the reviews before buying so I guess I am. Apart from the fact that the material is plastic, it works well. Sometimes the pepper gets stuck in the grinder and nothing comes out for a turn or two, but then everything goes back…

No Le Creuset quality. Made in China. Cheap plastic

I was thinking about which pepper mill to buy. I bought Le Creuset because they make great cookware that is made in France not China. I paid more thinking I was getting something of very good quality. I was excited when it arrived. I am SO disappointed and dissatisfied. It was not made in France. It was made in China. It is not made of any type of ceramic, as they say. It's cheap plastic. And (and this is the main reason I'm sending it back) it barely grinds any peppercorns. He doesn't shrink…
