Description of 🍲 Deep Teal Le Creuset Heritage Casserole Stoneware Rectangular Dish with Platter Lid - 2.75 qt, 14 3/4" x 9" x 2 1/2" dimensions

Stoneware maintains even temperatures and prevents scorching. Unmatched thermal resistance – safe for freezer, microwave, oven, broiler and dishwasher. Dense stoneware blocks moisture absorption to prevent cracking, crazing and rippling. Impermeable exterior enamel resists scratches and stains, and is safe for cutting on with knives. Nearly-nonstick glazed interior easily releases foods for quick cleanup.

Halved after 5 uses

I ordered a Le Creuset ceramic bowl lid rectangular plate, 14 3/4" x 9" x 2 1/2" (2.75 quarts), Cerise im November 2020 As I moved in with my girlfriend, we used it several times over the holidays and on March 1st the bowl cracked in half.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Unusable features

excellent cooking for bakers and casseroles

The enamel is very nice which is to be expected. He's a great chef and it was a pleasure to take him on holiday because it's Le Creuset. I love their products and this one hasn't changed my mind. It ensures good and even cooking and can be used as storage after cooking.

Pros
  • Useful for more than its intended purpose
Cons
  • Upgradable

The family keeps trying to steal it!

This very pretty pan is the perfect size for 8 portions of casseroles, lasagne etc. I found it very easy to clean. It would be even better if the lid closed tighter. I love that I can serve the main course on a pan and something else on a matching plate. Be careful when bringing groceries into other people's homes as this can lead to theft among friends and family!

Cracked when I first used it

It must have been defective... contacted Revain and they offered to get in touch with Le Creuset... described what happened to Le Creuset... namely, that the first time we used it we put a roast on it and put it in the oven and after a few minutes there was a pop and we opened the oven and found the dish split in two...they asked for some photos from different angles. word…sent another email and tried calling unsuccessfully…told Revain about his experience and they thankfully processed a full…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Drives me crazy

Nicely made but a little disappointing Le Creuset

This is a well made casserole dish. No dents or stains. But a little disappointing is the lack of any visible markings to suggest this is Le Creuset. Part of the appeal of this brand is the money that comes with its quality and value. It's nice to see the Le Creuset emblems on our casseroles and Dutch Ovens and to be proud to own them. "Finally we were able to get the best out of it." There is no such mark on this casserole dish. And without them, it's just another piece of porcelain stoneware…

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some mistakes
