Let me start by saying that these pitchers are two tone. You can't see it in the picture Amazon is giving you, but my citrus jar is actually a lovely orange color on the bottom that fades to a bright yellow on top. It's a large and somewhat heavy pitcher, but that's because it's well built. It pours very well, only spills a little when it's very full or very empty. This is a beautiful pitcher; it looks great in my kitchen and even looks good with flowers. It keeps drinks cooler longer than my glass vase and gives you the ability to serve hot drinks as it's oven safe. No other jug I have can serve sangria in the summer and hot Bailey coffee in the winter. I ordered this for a number of reasons: 2. I love LeCrueset and collect all I can in Dijon 2. I enjoy hosting events at home and love drinks to serve from nice jugs and 3.
