🖋️ Cricut Metallic Pen Set - Medium Point, Pack of 1, 5 Count - MTLC Pens for Precision Crafting Review

They fit perfectly in my Cricut Expore (obviously since it's a Cricut product). Actually I thought it was a thinner tip but they are rather medium sized. As such, they're better for large texts or projects than working with details, but they work great! I like metallic colors, they stand out especially on dark paper. And I've used them a few times and there's no sign of running out, they seem to have quite a bit of ink in them.

I am disappointed with the quality of the Cricut metal pens. I wanted to write simple characters on black cardstock and was disappointed that the ink faded as I wrote. I held them upside down, but the brightness of the ink still faded as the work progressed. The tips also became dull and the quality of the lines looked blurry and not clear at all. Medium-weight black pens (also known as Cricut) had tips and ink that remained greasy with use and with repeated use.

Bought, wrote eight small handwriting size letters with Cricut, just two tests to see if the color on the card would appear. I liked the way it looked and decided to cut another one, with the second cut the handle dried out completely. He wrote like a lost marker that hasn't had a top in over a year. Very disappointed with this product. With the recommended machine settings, the machine completely broke off the tip of the marker in just a few uses. I was trying to write the names on the cards and some of the names had a broken tip like in the photo. If the original nib is 1mm thick, the broken off nib is likely 2-3 times thicker, making it impossible to write legibly with markers in a small area like a boarding pass. When I received the first set of these pens the gold was dry. I contacted Amazon and they immediately sent a replacement. it is strange that the colors of the first set and the replacement set are different; The first set's colors are much darker and less metallic compared to the replacement set, and the fibers from the pen tip continue to shed as he types.
