Easy way for employees in different offices/offices across multiple locations

It's easy to use. You set the frequency of the service by day and the days of the week. You can also set the frequency of the service by hour or minute. The service also gives you analytics on how many times the service was used, how many messages were sent, and the number of recipients of the messages. I'm not a fan of the interface, it can be confusing. I think it could use some work. I also don't like that you can't send more than one message at a time. I wish you could. It would be really…

Great for efficient management of incident response

I like that you can customize your notification templates so they are not too generic or specific depending upon what type(s)of crisis control is needed in each situation! As far as my experience goes there have been no downsides yet but this software has only had about 5 days under its belt since being implemented last week (as well was having some issues previously). Crises Control is very user friendly and has all the features you need to manage your crisis communications program. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. I have not found anything that I dislike about this product. If you are looking for a cost effective way to communicate with your stakeholders during a crisis situation, then Crisis Control is a great tool.
