Good customer service

We returned this item due to poor sound quality but the customer service was excellent. They called to find out what we didn't like about the product to make improvements. I would recommend buying from them in the future.

A good first turntable for our young granddaughter.

Bought this player for my granddaughter. She was very happy with that. The only problem is that you have to manually raise your hand to start recording or when the recording is finished. This is her first turntable and we think she'll love it.

It crackles a lot. in turntable

This turntable is beautiful and well built. under water. As a decoration, this is a wonderful device. Not as a player. I have a portfolio model Crosley case that costs a lot less and far outperforms this model. Bluetooth works fine on this model.

Looks good but the sound quality is not worth buying

I wish I had spent some time researching turntables before buying. It looks good but the sound is pretty muddy and for the price I could have gotten an entry level turntable at a much better price. Now I'm stuck on it because I've kept it too long and can't get it back. On the other hand, it looks very cute and if you need a player that you can take anywhere, it will get the job done.
