Compatibility issues Let me first say that working with the supplier who sold us was very pleasant. Crossley not so much. This device is only compatible with Bluetooth 5.1 technology. This product is essentially a toy or can be used as decoration. The sound quality is terrible. In fact, I had to buy a pair of $75 speakers just to get "subpar" sound quality. Records rub against the open lid during playback, causing speed (and tone) fluctuations. I also had to buy a rubber platter cover to keep the albums from sliding on the hard plastic surface of the platter and lift them high enough so they wouldn't rub against the case.
