Bought this as a gift for someone who loves vinyl records and has recently started buying small vinyl records. He really liked this little player. Good sound and worked great.

I ended up having 3 of these and all 3 had the same problem. The tonearm doesn't have enough weight to actually work. As soon as the dart hits the record, they stop and don't play. All three devices had the same defect and all three have been tried with the five different disks I have and none of them have worked. It's just an expensive book stand. I strongly advise against buying it.

I've been watching these since Record Store Day earlier this year and finally got around to buying one. I received the Mini this holiday season after seeing it in various music stores just after Record Store Day. Couldn't be happier having collected multiple releases from Sun, The Beastie Boys, Third Man and Disney.
