Great program when working together remotely

The ease of use for our staff who are able to easily access information from anywhere in the building with all devices at hand. I dislike that you cannot have more than one screen running simultaneously so it's difficult if there are multiple screens needed or other applications also need your time/attention. We're solving several problems by using this software - easy accessibility (we can see important info during meetings), ability to post images quickly and efficiently, we've been able to…

I am very happy with the product and the customer service we have received from it.

The best thing about this product was its ability for me as an employee of my business (a construction management firm)to be able to see all our jobs in one place! I am also very happy with how easy it has been so far using the software because we are still learning but everything seems pretty intuitive at least compared to other products that have come before us such as VDO or others. There really isn't anything bad i can say except maybe some minor glitches here & there which were quickly…

Great tool if anyone uses video advertising

The best feature of this software is that it not only allows you to create your own ads but also gives you access to all other features which are useful for creating an ad. I am able to change the size of my banners as well as rotate them in any direction without having the hassle of using Photoshop or similar tools. It's sometimes difficult to use at first because there isn't much help given when you need assistance with certain functions. However once you get used to it, it becomes easy to…

I worked with them about 3 months ago for the installation of a large digital signage solution.

My expectations weren't high since my last experience with CrownTV was 2 years ago when we had some issues with the software and some bugs. Since then I've worked with them again when I needed help with an older version of the software (it had problems with the ad hoc files), and they did a great job fixing those problems. Now I needed to have new content installed. That's where the problem came. I had the contract in writing and agreed to pay a fixed price for the whole project. But after…
