I hesitated but ordered and installed anyway (installed this morning). My Evo has been running between 46 and 51 at any point during my workday. Until I hit 36. I don't do anything else and work less. But it seems to be doing its job! Installation went smoothly after figuring out where to get instructions. Installation time was less than 30 minutes (first time). But I really like how the heatsink can be tilted in any direction. He also looks beautiful. I'm glad I got it.

With this cooler my idle was 40 degrees and after two consecutive tests it rose to 43 degrees and quickly dropped back down. the thing works highly recommended

My desktop is in my living room (no air conditioning) so my M2 SSD quickly got warm even with the heatsink attached. I had to find something to deal with the intense heat and it did. The drive starts out colder than my other drives, but where I reached 118 degrees, it's now reaching 106 degrees.
