I like it it's very durable although my box came very dented it was packed so well inside that it wasn't damaged. Requires an electrician. And some assembly is required. Even comes with a few extra crystals.

Looks nice but installation is troublesome. No instruction set is given, and the tiny pins meant to hold the crystals are very thin. Hope they don't fall. There had to be a better design for crystal storage.

Let's start by saying this is not a quality item...very damaged, had dents and broken glass right out of the box and the frame of the product itself is bent and not even...not a good one Buy... don't buy... and difficult to install!

So I love them so much. But the packaging was very disappointing. They are not packaged well - a few crystals came with chips but I didn't want to repackage them for exchange as I already had them and upon collecting I noticed that many crystals had chips and some did not. Sorry I put them on the back. Subtle, but if you buy something and pay for it, it shouldn't do that much damage. Please pack your goods in a way that keeps them safe and intact.

Cannot be attached to a standard light octahedron! This light attaches to a single gang output box. I bought a white plug and modified it to match the light anyway (not included). 2, the light does not cover the entire octagonal box as in fig. 4, so without the cover you can see behind the wall after installation.
