Great product - just wish their tech team was better

I like how fast the system can update, especially during an emergency. We're in an industry that requires us to be nimble. There's not much around that is as accurate as this at this time. The report is excellent on paper but there needs to be more details within the report. Do extensive homework before choosing software. If you have a large organization, they offer an unlimited license for all the staff which makes it very affordable (or free). The price of the service plan is also quite…

  • Easy access from any computer anywhere anytime.Great product!! Very user friendly..easy navigation..great way keep track records etc...very helpful when need hard copy reports...fast response times....efficiently runs repairs through steps
