Very bad microphone. All of my listeners complained that they could barely hear me even when I cranked the mic to maximum volume. Same problem in speakerphone mode. Having bought two Coby products that have had bad experiences, I will not be buying anything from Coby again.

This item was scrap. Toll savings could not be used. We love it when our answering machine picks up after 2 rings. The instructions were very unclear. We sent it back 2 days later. Save your time and money and don't buy this. The only reason I gave it one star is because there is no 0 in the list.

It is made of lightweight plastic and has modest performance. At least I think so, because the worst thing about this Coby product is the user manual, er, the user booklet, er, the folded gizmo, which is written in broken Chinese, which makes it excruciatingly difficult to set up, and it's immediately obvious that you made it error.
