They seem to be good quality but I'm an idiot

Unfortunately I can't use these particular ones because I bought the wrong size but they seem to be great quality once I found them I didn't Buy that 8 mil through the garage. Made a medium dent in my tool box (I couldn't help but laugh at that) when I found it it was completely intact, not even a scratch. So the quality seems great and I have a funny story and some useless tools. Any and all are happy with their purchase. I will try to buy the right size as now I know what size to buy.

Bad quality control.

Poor quality Toyota tool. I had to resharpen the V notch in the tool to fit the Felpro head points. I compared the OEM bolts on the 4runner and the new Felpro head bolts. . This tool wouldn't fit in any of them without some serious manual shaping and polishing of the tool's size to make it fit. Luckily after an hour and a half and my processing skills I was able to assemble it properly. but still a great pain. Do not use this tool. Quality control is not good enough. this is my rating. thumbs…

5 stars for bits, 2 stars for Toyota head screw design

No problems with these bits. It took me 8mm to remove the head from a 2002 Toyota Echo. After removing and reinstalling, the bit still looks like new except for some debris. The screw design can withstand significant torque and fit together very tightly. The cap screw does a great job of holding back oil sludge etc. So make sure the bit goes in as far as possible! On a high mileage engine that produces sparks, it's a good idea to tap the bolt a little with a mallet to make sure it sticks a…

profitable price. Neat tool.

Bought this kit to remove 8mm cap screws on a 1995 Tercel Toyota 5EFE engine. All socket head screw heads cleaned with Brakleen and a paper towel on the end of a screwdriver and then blown. with compressed air. The slots on the tool fit very tightly into the capscrew socket and require a free throw hammer to install. Also had to turn the hex shank on a tool as it was too large in diameter to remove the casting on the cylinder head and gain access to the head bolts. The tool's serrations will…
