The lid was not sealed.

The Cuisinart lid was the right size, but it wouldn't close and couldn't push the pin in to activate the processor without physically pressing the lid. It was disappointing that it didn't work.

. Buying a lid (after a broken safety tab like so many others) is no easy task

Figuring out which replacement lid to buy for a Cuisinart stand mixer (after encountering a broken safety tab like so many others ) The task is not easy. My first try based on customer feedback was wrong. The lid diameter was too small. I measured this product and asked if this lid had a flange OD (the part that fits in the bowl) of about 6 ⅞ inches. No response, so ordered. It turns out to be the correct diameter to fit the bowl of my classic Cuisinart 14-cup square-bottomed mug. In the photo…
