🍽️ Cuisinart 11-Cup Models: Detachable Stem Replacement for Enhanced Functionality Review

Aftermarket product - it is not as durable as the original part on my DLC11. looks weak I shredded the beets and it was a terrible failure. Wrong colour. The product obtained was almost brown in color. Fastenings were loosened. And didn't sit securely on the Cuisinart spindle.

A broken or lost 11 cup Cuisinart stem is a shame. Having the right size and configured replacement remains useful but can be difficult to find. This was our second attempt at getting one. The fact that it's listed specifically for 11-cup models helps a lot; the other, which we bought from another vendor, forgot to properly label compatibility.

Found a new culinary masterpiece at the local store, my husband knew there was a part missing e.g. B. the handle, but all other parts were present. We knew from the reviews we read that this part was exactly what we needed because this unit was Costco and another reviewer mentioned that this part worked in their Costco purchased kitchen! So thanks to Gourmet Kitchen and your reviewers for mentioning Costco. I will definitely be ordering more from you!

It does what we hope it does, replacing the original unit on our Cuisinart Pro Custom 11. It fits snugly on the motor axle, but there is very little play when it snaps onto two of our three cut-off washers. The third is a little looser. If I remember correctly, the original part seemed perfectly comfortable, and changing the hard drives was a bit more difficult. As this is my wife's favorite disc, this third disc probably has some wear on the locking lugs.

My original stem was lost when I moved house a few years ago. Shortly thereafter I bought a replacement which never fitted and was frustrating to use. I cook more these days so I decided to see if I could find a better substitute. That's great. Don't try any of the cheaper ones. They look the same, but they aren't! Such a small item but this new replacement has saved me the frustration of using my Cuisinart discs. So happy I found this replacement keg.
