Through trial and error, I found that this bakeware piece is not durable enough for heavy use, resulting in warping and an uneven cooking surface. The only positive is that it's easy to clean. However, the cons outweigh this benefit, and I would not recommend this product for those who regularly roast large cuts of meat.

My husband bought these for the duck dinner he was making, they were the perfect size and will be using for many other dinners.

Quality fryer and grid. Do an extreme test on the stove. Used two burners to boil water to make soft pretzels. Never warped, discolored or any other problem.
