Larger than expected. He could easily cut an orange. and the tip is a bit sharp, so be careful how you hold the fruit - it can pierce and sting your hand if you're not careful.

What I like about this is that the shape is wider than any other reamer I've seen. I mean the shape isn't as skinny on the head as the others. Others with thinner heads don't allow better contact with the lemon/lime to remove the juice. This wider head allows for better contact and therefore more juice.

This is a great little tool! I've used many different lemon/lime juicers - electric and manual - and this is my favorite. Simple, easy to clean, packable, perfect size for large lemons as well as small limes. I don't mind adding seeds to drinks and food, and I need the pulp. If you don't need seeds or pulp, this isn't for you.
