I like that it has so many templates available from which you can choose for different situations. We've been able to create forms quickly with very little effort using this software. This program isn't perfect but there are some things we would have liked to see included such as being able to set up an automatic reminder email whenever someone submits their form (or any other type of document). I like that it's easy enough anyone can learn how to make an effective sop - even if they have no previous experience! It also has some nice features such as being able to create templates which makes creating new ones easier than starting from scratch each time you need something different (although this could be done with any software). I like that it's very easy once you're logged into site A (where users are creating their documents) then click over onto Site B where they can log out of there account/profile without having access again until after approval from legal department or other parties have been made - this helps with keeping track who has what document open at any given time which reduces risk if someone leaves before approvals etc were completed as well makes sure noone else gets hold off something important…
