Enhanced Replacement Jack Top-Wind Handle - CURT 28937 Review

Bought to replace the handle on my trailer jack. Fits perfectly with my existing one. I'm sure it will work with other types of jacks as well. It's a lot cheaper than buying a new jack if your handle is broken. Easy to install and includes all necessary hardware. Don't settle for potentially cut hands on a broken pen, do it to fix an old pen!

I ordered this because I wanted a black pen instead of a red one but it came with a red pen. I've seen other reviews saying they got a red handle too, but I was hoping that since they're older it would be the same as the picture. In addition, the handle still works great and is easy to assemble. I can paint the handle with black paint for plastic.

Perfect replacement pen! I was a little disappointed when the product I received had a red pen (instead of the black one in the photo), but this doesn't negatively impact performance. Smooth-running twist grip and a precise fit on the vertical jack. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend purchasing to others if their grips need replacing.

I bought this for someone else. We borrowed a trailer from someone and while we had it the plastic part of the handle broke. Since I couldn't find only the plastic part, I ordered this one. We returned the trailer before the package arrived so I didn't install it myself. I gave it to the owner of the caravan and heard nothing. The quality seems great. With my limited experience I would book again.

This is a great upgrade to the handle my trailer came with. When my old pen broke I was looking for a replacement and after a long search I settled on this one. I'm glad I did. It was easy to replace and has a much simpler design and folding handle than the previous one. I highly recommend and will be purchasing another for our other follower simply because I love it so much. You can't beat this price.

This trailer top wind lifter handle is adaptable to most top wind lifters. The part of the handle where the trailer jacking screw enters is the same width from top to bottom as the part where the jacking screw is inserted. It's about 1/2 inch wide and doesn't taper at the top. There is a hole that should match the hole in the trailer jack bolt. If necessary, you can enlarge the hole with a drill.
