Universal hand mixer

Heavy duty hand mixer with heavy duty beaters which I like better. The block just sits in the base, they don't snap together so you could drop them the first time.

Replaces a very old blender that was lost when moving house

Smooth operation, easy storage. Made in USA is a plus. Additional dough hooks (?) - not used yet, but nice to have. As for durability - no comment as I've only used it once. I'll post if necessary. Goodbye!

Too strong for most needs.

The lowest speed is very fast, don't mix the butter and sugar without getting out of the bowl. The same thing happens when you try to smack a potato. Not the "easy-too-fast-to-mix" blender I thought it would be. But it works great with heavy doughs.

I was looking for a simple but powerful hand mixer and this one was just perfect. It comes with 2 different blender blades and has five speeds. Easy to assemble and disassemble, even cleaning the blades was easy. It also comes with a container that you can put small items in by attaching it to the blender itself. Also ideal for small kitchens and storage areas.
