I have owned it for 1 year 8 months now. Holds up very well. I have had other multipurpose bags of this size and within 6 months each of them had issues rendering them unusable. UPDATE: After about a year of wearing my Leatherman Surge the bottom has completely worn out. I am changing my rating to 3 stars. At least it's not that expensive.
