This is fine for what I need, but all parts have some kind of grease or oil on them. I have to clean them before I can use them.

, I was trying to find something to cut clean pieces out of my leather belts instead of a box cutter for rings and I found this. I put a cutting board under the leather strap and kept hitting until he cut it all the way through. They're pretty sharp and will cut through with a few hits. The box comes in many different sizes so finding the right one was very easy. I would recommend if you use for the same purpose.

So it's my fault for reading the description wrong but they are MUCH smaller than expected, the largest punches are maybe 2-3cm long and most of them are smaller Centimeter. They are not sharp at all, it took some effort to figure out which end was "sharpened" but they will cut 3-4 oz of vegetable tanned leather with a few good hammer blows. They don't cut cleanly where the two edges of the strip meet to form a shape, so you may need to rotate or clean up the cut. I've also had a few instances…
