Very well made from thick wire. I bought several. BIG disappointment/misleading: It claims to support 15 amps, but the included fuses (two spares and one installed) are only rated for 5 amps. That is not right. As a result, I couldn't use the splitter when I needed it.

I've bought several of these units off eBay. Broken, broken cables, blown fuses. This unit has thicker wiring and the mounting of the unit seems solid. I don't worry about broken wires, short circuits or blown fuses in the car. The fit is snug and secure when devices are plugged into an extension cord [usually a GPS and a USB charging adapter]. I've also used it with a 110v inverter and GPS at the same time with no problems.

Having bought several different splitters for our company most are complete junk but this one is by far the best. Quality plugs, sockets, strain relief, wiring, fuse to protect against short circuits. A little more expensive but it lasts a long time and should handle any load your vehicle can handle. How nice? 600+ units for our application. The best quality and the best value for money. And the seller worked well with us to fulfill those big orders.

This is way better than I was hoping for for the price. The fork has springs with a plastic sleeve. It takes power to turn it on, but it stays there forever. It is impossible to part with it. To extract it you need to use at least 12 pounds. Strength. It is very durable, has a red LED indicator and is protected by a fuse. Two spare fuses included. I bought this to simultaneously connect a radar detector and a 200w inverter to charge my phone. It seems super strong and I've had it for about 6 months with no problems. I agree with other reviewers that the cord is quite long, which may be fine for some but is too long for me. But it's still a solid product and a good price. You just need to know how many watts, amps or whatever you are trying to put into your car's system. It works great for charging my phone and as a radar detector.

The adapter is very well made and works as described. In fact, it doesn't feel as "cheap" as other adapters I've had in the past. This is a good long lasting product. I like that the pin end fits snugly into my car's cigarette lighter socket. Because of this, I'm not worried about it coming loose due to road vibration or causing an intermittent connection.
