Use for running or recovery after a run.

Ordered to help me walk and also as a possible restoration. I put it on to sleep in on Friday after the half marathon, it helped me recover and my legs felt really good the next day. I put them on for a half marathon today and my legs felt better than in regular non-compression running shorts. it fits well, not too tight and doesn't feel lost in any way, fitting as best as it can be without being tailored to my physique.

I love the back brace

Use it for running. The mids seem a little long, but I think that's due to the design of the tummy and lumbar support. I like the back support. The shorts are not thin material. They have some volume, unlike the very thin, spandex-type compression shorts that are common. I was trying to find a pair of compression shorts that didn't have a seam line that would rub against my inner groin. These were improvements over what I have, but not a complete solution. Less chafing but still there. Vaseline

Because of his modesty, he dared not walk in it. It turns out there's no problem with modesty; they fit great; they don't hold as much sweat; have ventilation inserts; they are harder; and they have the added benefit of compressing his hips, which he says makes him feel really good running. He hasn't had any…

Personal opinion! This is the best I've ever used!

I've been looking for a replacement for my old UA for a few months. I've been using them actively for about 5 years to train about 4 days a week. However, I don't think the new version matches the ones I had, so I've been looking for something else that's just as good or better. I tried a number of brands, Nike, UA, 2XU, MCDAVID, THERMAJOHN, NOBULL and then I wanted to buy North Moore. So now I have 6 new compression shorts and only NOBULL and 2xu were good enough for me to continue training…
