Update: So I bought this on September 23, 2018, and today, June 6, 2020, the cable finally turned to dust. Literally broke in half. Hasn't done anything until now except sit at his desk and talk to him on the phone but that was apparently too much to ask. This was a worthwhile purchase. I bought it for the call center I worked at so I wouldn't have to worry about finding a headset every day.
