This thing works great and is the easiest device to use that I've used in wrestling matches over the years. It's a light that helps a lot to deal with. I'm worried it might not last but I don't do commercial repairs but if I did I still think I'd go with inflating the smaller bike and motorcycle tires. Highly recommended

Some reviewers say it doesn't match the valve, others say you just have to push harder. I'm in the first camp. I need to inflate tires with two things: on my bike with Presta valves and on my car with Schrader valves. I couldn't get it to work either. I could get it working with a Schrader adapter on my bike, but that defeats the purpose of the auto select feature. It seemed to me that the valve stem on my car was too short to fully inflate it. It just didn't work for me.

. The dual purpose adapter on this thing doesn't match well with the Presta valves I've tried so far. When used with a Schrader valve, the adapter fits snugly and you don't have to worry about it coming loose. With Presta valves, I have to press and hold it firmly against the valve to inflate the tires. If I try to hold and release it, the adapter falls off. Overall it seems to be working, so it's better than nothing and better than what I had. But a better clamp adapter would really help…

I pulled it out of the box, read the instructions, it says I have to push hard to get it to engage the Presta valve stems. Tried to slide and fasten it before connecting the air from my compressor hose, didn't work, connected the air and gave a few blasts of air, then tried again, it fell straight down and got mine Tires inflated very quickly. I have found that when using this valve on a bike the Presta valves require a lot of pressure to seat and remove which causes some air to leak out get lost. Also because the Presta valve has to be inserted so tightly that pulling it out can hurt fingers etc. This is a compromise with the Presta valve sealing rubber: if you soften it, it wears out quickly. The seller contacted me and said the valve just needs to be properly seated on the presta valves to work properly. All you have to do is press a little harder than I was used to at first.
