Easy-to use web GUI of many molecular visualization programs

I like how its organized with different views, it's super fast to use as well for someone who is new/junior in structure prediction software (that has been out there before). There are some features that need improvement such as being able t change rotation axis angle when rotating structures but this can be worked around if needed by using other tools which have more flexibility than just rotations only. Great tool! Highly recommended especially since most people don't really get into…

Pros
  • Free
  • Easy interface easy navigation via buttons or GUI without too many clicks required :)
  • Very user friendly even though not optimized yet.
  • Structure generation from SMILES string input very useful feature because you do want an accurate representation rather then hand drawn ones..and they provide great accuracy here unlike what we see sometimes at
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

The most helpful simulation program ever

I like that it allows me to do things faster, easier without having my computer crashing with other software packages out there! You can't have too much power in your hands especially when you are working alone or even if others know how important this is for us as students because we will be able help our clients better than them. It's still new but has been good enough so far since everything else comes from online tutorials which could become costly eventually depending where they go next…

Pros
  • The ability not only learn at any time anywhere using an internet connection
  • It really makes life easy just knowing what tools one doesn’t already possess within reach while learning something completely foreign
