This device works fine with my iPhone and iPad, but I couldn't connect it to any of my Apple computers. Update February 4, 2016: NO BUSINESS SOLUTION. I ended up replacing the device, which at least allowed the firmware to be updated. Please note: - If you do not have Internet Explorer and Active X installed with all required drivers, you will not be able to configure the device. Most of my firmware update attempts failed until I found out. Currently, attempts to update the firmware often fail.
