The screen protector on the back of the display is soft and removes smudges from the screen. The lid is magnetic and doesn't close and doubles as a stand. Perfect and secure fit. Protects against falls. I already checked it twice and no cracks were found on the screen.

The case features an auto-lock screen when the case is closed on the iPad. It also has a magnetic folding base. It also doesn't get in the way of the 2nd generation magnetic iPencil on the top of the case. This is a huge feature for me as my iPad is used solely for Photoshop/digital design.

Bought one for me and two for the family. For the price I think they're great. To open them you need fingertips - nails, so the edges will wear out a bit prematurely. I value value as something that I know won't last long, but will last long enough and work well enough for me. A good product.

This is a tough case and the matte back is amazing. It has protected my iPad from many falls. The only downside is that the inner sleeve material has an odd texture and attracts pet hair. I think it goes well with the golden model.

My fault for not reading the full description of the case before ordering. From a 3rd generation iPad with a fully padded front and back that has withstood many falls over the years, to a 7th generation iPad. The case I ordered comes with a lid that has some padding, but the back is just a clear plastic sleeve that the iPad snaps into, the case has a 1/16" lip that's on the edge of the iPads attached. I just bought my wife a 7th gen i-Pad and saw this "case" at a good price. I showed it to her and she liked it so I ordered it right away! I just put it on for her and she loves it! Front protection in order and coming next week! She was using an i-pad mini that was 6 years old and was happy to get a newer model with a much LARGER 10.2 inch screen!

I bought this case for my new iPad and it has turned out to be just the thing to protect an expensive item I have have. Its durable surface makes it easy to hold with minimal risk of slipping.
